Terms and Conditions

Nature of service.

1: A designated service area.

For the safety of our team and your car, as well as city regulations, a driveway is required.

Apartment complexes, business lots and other such areas might be accepted if shown proof of management permission.

2: Work space.

We need about 3 parking spots worth of space for our service to run smooth and as intended.

One space for our van and the other two for you car to have enough space for all doors to be open.

Our van can not be moved around after setting up.

3: Preparation.

Our team strives to run on schedule for each client.

Please clear out your car of all belongings (car seats, accessories, etc.) prior to our arrival, so our team can get straight to work and ensure the full time booked is focused on detailing. Trash can be left behind.

Booking, Cancellation & Service Terms

1: It’s of most importance that you read the whole package/service description so that you fully understand what the package you have requested consist of and what to expect, in order for you to be able to ask all the questions you might have prior our team arrival, and make special instructions clear (if any).

It is of our priority to make the experience and service as smooth and transparent as possible on both ends. We are not responsible for any misinterpretation or wrongful comparisons with other detailing companies and their business dynamics or methods.

Our team strives to run on schedule for each client, any time consuming extra instruction, might be subject to extra charge. Add ons can only be requested at the time of booking.

You’re responsible for any damage you might be unaware of, prior our detail, as damage can easily be hidden under the layers of dirt, sap/tar/droppings, or under wax coats applied incorrectly (swirl marks made from polisher and hidden by wax applied by other companies).

We are not responsible for any “restored” areas that might show damage after our work, that you didn’t make us aware of, such as restored leather seats that can’t be cleaned or condition due the the prior “restoration”.

Under certain circumstances, a 50% non-refundable deposit will be required to secure your appointment. Accepted payment methods: Venmo or Zelle, the remaining balance will be due after service completion

2. Cancellation and Rescheduling

  • Cancellations within 48 hours of your appointment will result in a 50% charge of the total service price

  • You may reschedule up to two (2) times, as long as changes are made more than 48 hours in advance

  • All deposits are non-refundable

3. Special Location Policy

In some cases, we may be able to perform services in areas without a driveway. However:

  • Full or partial payment may be required in advance

  • These payments are non-refundable if we are unable to start or complete the service upon arrival, due to factors outside of our control

Examples include (but are not limited to):

  • Property management restrictions

  • Neighbor complaints

  • Limited space or unsafe working conditions

4. Service Location Requirements

To safely perform our mobile detailing services, the following conditions must be met:

  • A driveway or private designated area is strongly preferred

  • Space must accommodate:

    • Your vehicle

    • Our service van

    • At least 2–3 parking spaces of working room

  • All vehicle doors will remain open during service, requiring adequate spacing

Important restrictions:

  • We do not operate on public streets

  • We cannot work in front of or blocking other people’s private property under any circumstances (this is not an alternative option)

Apartments / HOAs:

  • You must obtain management approval prior to your appointment

  • You are responsible for preventing complaints or interruptions

5. Setup Requirements

  • Access to a power outlet is required

  • We bring our own water supply; however, if additional water is needed to complete the service, we may request access to yours

6. Vehicle Preparation

Before we arrive:

  • Remove all personal belongings and valuables

  • You may leave trash—we will dispose of it

7. Service Scope & Liability

  • Please review your selected package prior to booking

  • All add-ons must be requested in advance

  • Additional requests during service may result in extra charges

We are not responsible for:

  • Pre-existing damage revealed during cleaning

  • Undisclosed fragile or previously repaired surfaces

  • Misunderstandings due to unclear or incomplete instructions

8. Operations & Right to Refuse Service

  • Our team operates on a scheduled timeline

  • Delays or excessive additional requests may result in extra charges

  • We reserve the right to refuse or stop service if conditions are unsafe, restricted, or unsuitable
